Use of Information
Sharing with Business Partners:
We share aggregated information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any person or individual computer. Like all businesses accepting credit cards, we use a credit card processing company to handle credit card transactions. We use a fulfillment company, Our Vacation Centre, to handle ticketing and other travel details. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.
What personal information do we collect?
Generally the type of information we collect about you is the information that is needed to facilitate arrangements and bookings and to provide travel services and products to you. For example, we may collect your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, credit card number and expiry date, passport number and dietary requirements (if any) and health issues that are relevant to your travel arrangements.
My 241 Cruise Monthly Newsletter:
Our Vacation Centre will send an email to people who subscribe, by entering your email address in the registration page. The emails are sent out monthly and contain the latest 241 cruise specials. Occasionally a limited duration special deal is released and we may send a Hot Deal email to alert subscribers of this offer. Your individual email address is not used for any other purpose and will not be supplied to a third party.
Unsubscribe:
Should any recipient of our newsletter wish to unsubscribe they can do so by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of the monthly email.
How do we use personal information?

Your credit card and billing information is sent in an encrypted form and cannot be read over the internet. Once we receive your credit card information, we store it on a server that is inaccessible from the internet.
All credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution, which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions. You are welcome to call in your credit card information and complete your purchase by phone if you feel more comfortable doing so.
